This problem was fixed according to a prior update 2.1.1138.0 (see verbiage below). It seems like the problem has come back again in the latest version 3 GOM Suite update. Update of GOM Suite to version 2.1.1138.0 Out-of-band update for GOM Suite Description This update fixes an issue where the first login attempt in the GOM Suite may fail for unexpected reasons. How to install the update NOTE: Please make sure that Settings > Update source in GOM Suite is set to Internet.
