Schönen guten Morgen ,

 

ich habe eine komische Frage. Meiner Firma hat Softwarepflege und Gom support.

Ich bin kein Deutsch, deswegen manchmal fachliche Sachen verstehe ich hundertprozentig.

Ich komme aus Ungarn , darf ich vielleicht die ungarische support aufrufen oder benutzen?

Oder wie funktioniert das?

I have a strange question. My company has software maintenance and Gom support.

I'm not German, occasionally use technical things I understand one hundred percent.

I'm from Hungary, may I call or use the Hungarian support?

Or how does it work?

Ferenc,  if you are in software maintenance this is handled by the distributor of your country .  If you are hungarian and working in germany then the right way is to contact german support.  It is sadly not so easy for the teams to manage the support by customers calling another country for help.   I would start by calling the distributor of the country you work in .maybe it then becomes possible to arrange something.
