Image Snapping Error MSensorCal-0003

I have an Aramis 5M system using the 2020 software and when trying to calibrate it today I got the error in the attached picture. I am getting live images from the cameras but I am unable to acquire images. If I try to start a measuring sequence, capture a single image, or capture a reference image it just pauses and says "waiting for start signal." About 45mins before I tried to calibrate I captured a reference image without any problem. The system just sat idle for those 45mins so I don't know what could have changed.

So far I have tried:

• I restarted the controller multiple times and the PC once.
• I logged into the controller IP address and reset the trigger parameters to defaults

Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you
