[Fr...] Posted March 22, 2021 Share Posted March 22, 2021 After registering you should automatically receive a time-limited license to use the GOM software. Unfortunately there was a server-side problem to generate your personal license. So your software will only start as a viewer. Until you have received a license the GOM software will try to get your license each time you start it. If the problem still occurs, you may try to collect some support data via the GOM Maintenance Tool in the system tray and send it to our support team.
