Direct help in GOM inspect Pro 2022

Hello everyone, 

I was wondering if someone else has this problem, I can't access the Direct help in GOM inspect Pro 2022 I get this message, see pic.  I follow the instructions as it says but nothing happens. Everything seems alright, I'm logged in and etc

Please let me know if you know how to fix it.

I have the same issue and still don't know why.

This happens if you do not have the correct licence for the help page you are trying to read.

So the questions here are: Which licence do you have? Which TechGuide page do you want to open?

I also had the same problem.

Check your proxy settings and put it on system proxy.
