Python function/variable to retrieve cathode hours

We have 2 Metrotom Scout 6s and I made a python script to log every scan, part count, scan time, post time, etc.

Is there a way I can get the accumulated time on the cathode from the machine after each scan? We do many test scans that I don't capture so I'd like to capture the total cathode hours at the end of each scan and export the last scan of the day value into my final excel end of day reports.
