Error MsensorSetup-0031

Good day to all,

I am having and issue when I am changing sensor lens to MV100. Error states "The setup of the projector lens failed. Please mount the correct projector lens".

I have double checked and triple checked to make sure I have the correct lens installed. I have also done a computer restart but 

still getting the same error when setting up MV100 lenses. Anyone had this issue or know of a fix?

Hello Jarrad,

please update to the latest version of the software and sensor firmware. There was an issue in an earlier version of the software with the lens detection. If the problem persists, please reach out to your local distributor.
