Result labels and how to "pull out" those arrows

How to pull out those arrows for the result labels? I don't find the small square in the end of the result label line...

you have to click on the inspection in the label. In your screenshot the nominal element "Circle 1" is selected, not the diameter check below.

I'm not aware of a way to make the handle bigger. It stays the same size all the time though, so zooming out will make it bigger in comparison to other elements.
