touch point on square

Hi, i have a problem that i can't wrap my head around. A client need an alignment that is made from 4 square datum like this one, they are on the same plane.   They want the highest point in each square to create the alignment plane.

My problem is: in GOM Inspect I only see Touch Point (disk) or Touch point on selection (disk). The later by selecting a square on the mesh could be used but i need a way to use is for multiple pieces, so i can't manually select the area of the mesh each time. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

may be you can use 'Select by Cube' as a workaround?
