[Ni...] Posted September 29, 2023 Share Posted September 29, 2023 Hello everone, I am using GOM Correlate Pro (as free trial for now) and I wanted to use my Basler camera which is USB 3.0 connected to acquire live the images of my sample. I read in the technical guide that GOM Correlate was compatible with all USB 3.0 cameras but it seems that this one is not recognize by the software. It is recognized by Pylon Viewer (recommended viewer for this camera) but not GOM software. Does anyone know how I could make this camera detected by GOM ? Thanks in advance. [Th...] Posted October 12, 2023 Share Posted October 12, 2023 Hello Nicolas, each USB 3 camera compliant with GeniCam standard should be recognized and supported. Could you give a little more information which model you are using exactly? Is GeniCam standard supported? Or can you find out what is not working? Error message?
