Importing in Table of Contents, the Name and order from Table

Hello everyone,

I often have to create in 3D scenes, place holders for True position, distances, diameters, which do not bring a real value presented graphically. I do this just to have all dimensions in Table of contents. 

• How can I customize Table of contents so as to bring me the dimensions from Table = individual values ? 
•
