Support issues??

I just bought an ATOS Q system and using GOM inspect. After setting up the system the sensor is recognized but there is no yellow scan icon or rotary table control arrows at the bottom of the scan pave. The range finder doesn't know where the sensor is either. So far my distributor hasn't been any help and I'm getting frustrated. Does anyone have suggestions how to fix this?
