SELECTION IN 3D - SELECT INSIDE CYLINDER?

Hello,

I have come across some applications where I need to select parts of a mesh using "Select Inside Cylinder", similar to "Select Inside Sphere" or "Select Inside Cube"   Why isn't there a choice for this option?

use "Select by Geometric Contour" instead. Yes, we are knowing that the option is well hidden but this selection command is capable of select inside a cylinder

Yes, we have to do something that this option is better visible, but it should solve your problem.

Thanks for the reply.  Can you put a customer request in to the developers to add a "Select Inside Cylinder" option to the "Other Selections" menu to make the software easier to use?
