major strain direction of a surface point

Hi,

I would like to compute major/minor strain directions at specific surface points rather than the full strain field. For some reason, instead, GOM Correlate gives me values which are equal to strain magnitude of major/minor strain in that surface point (test1).

From the visualisation, I can see that the major strain direction in that surface point (test1) is computed as perpendicular to the surface or relative to a global coordinate system.

I would very much appreciate your help.
