Scanning depending on old pre-measured photogrammetry reference point

Hello, 

I have pre-measured photogrammetry reference point and I want to align the a scanning data on them/ depending on them. 
I couldn't do that and I got the below error.

This could suggest that your setup doesnt match the old pg setup .  Can you redo the pg and see if the error is resolved ?
