Change keyword only for selected stages (enabled stages)

Hello,

In the user interface there is no possibility to change keywords for a selected set of stages or only the enabled stages.

Can I do this by a script? For instance modify the standard UI component and 1 or 2 options (change selected stages / change enabled stages) and adding those option to the code by extending the code.
