accessing table through scripting

Hello all,

I need to access the visible elements in the current 3D view, but after specific zoom adjustment is applied. Is there any chance to access current visible(not all visible items) elements presented in table  through scripting?

Only solution that I can find so far is to create report page from the current table view and access elements presented in the report page.
