Separated two scans

I scanned top and bottom of the component then combined the two scans.  Please advise how to separate the two scans.  I used ATOS Professional 2018.  Thank you very much.

do you wish to polygonize both scan separately?

When polygonization dialogue is open, normally all data is selected (marked red), before starting the process, you can deselect all, hide one measuring serien and just select the data of one measuring series.
