Can't start free trial GOM Inspect PRO

Hi,

I am trying to generate a license key for the 14-day trial of Inspect PRO through the 'Try pro' option and 'Start free trial'. I keep getting 

Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. If the error occurs again, please contact support: store@gom.com

I have tried many things like clearing cache of CEF and Cefsharp, tried on a different computer. downloading other versions of codemeter. I have not been able to establish any contact with store@gom.com, it has been 1 week since my last email. How can i fix this? Please help, thank you.

Did you get already in contact with store@gom.com?
If not, please get in contact with your local support and provide the error you got.

i am just getting the following box and it doesn't change (it may be a firewall issue on my end). Is there a possibility of getting a trial licence key sent to me?

Are you using the current Zeiss Quality Suite V4.4?
If not please upgrade - a similar issue has been fixed for a prior version.
The following hint I can give here as well: 
In the Zeiss Quality Suite FAQ: ZEISS Quality Tech Guide (gom.com) there is listed which URLs are required to get a Trial License.
Further access to azureedge.net and azurewebsites.net is required.
