Best way to measure deviation between two 3D orthodontic brackets ?

Hi, i have two 3D models of teeth with orthodontic brackets bonded to the teeth. I aligned both together using best local fit. Now I want to know how can I check the deviation in 3D position between the brackets on both models. Ideally they should be in the same position. I want to check both deviation in distances and angles.

you could create two local coordinate systems and then create a 6-DOF-distance between them. It can be checked for the values you need. You have to decide how to define the local coordinate systems though. Local best-fits for each brackets might help with the construction here.
