INSPECT Correlate 2023_license activation failed in new computer

Hi,

I changed my computer, and I can’t activate the license.

I've recieved the new license on March/2023 which was working ok in my old computer. Meanwhile, I changed to a new computer and when I try to activate the same license the following message comes up “Probably the license is already activated on a different computer.”. However, the old computer is completelly turned off.

How can I fix this problem, in order to properly activate the license in my new computer?
