Is it possible to extract raw CT scan data from a GOM Inspect file?

Hello,

I am currently working with a CT scan of a very detailed and dense mechanical machine that was made using Zeiss Metronom. Due to the material and complexity of the machine, the reconstructed volume in GOM Inspect is very noisy and full of artifacts. My aim is to develop a faithful reconstruction of the machine in form of a 3D mesh using the scan data. It would therefore be helpful to have access to the raw CT scan data so I can fine tune the CT image reconstruction process myself (using CT reconstruction algorithms).

I am assuming that the GOM Inspect software creates its 3D volumes using similar algorithms on the raw scan data, so is it in any way possible to retrieve this data from the software?
