[Zu...] Posted January 25 Share Posted January 25 Dear Colleagues, I have a problem while start a scanning. Pop-up message shown sensor is used by another application. We try to klik Help-System Analysis-Sensor-Analyze and it work for a while, but after 2-3 times and we start to scan another part, the pop-up message shown again. [aw...] Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 I got this error a couple times the other day, but in conjunction with another issue in which my Hawk keeps disconnecting (I have an open support ticket with Capture 3D about that issue). Sometimes unplugging and replugging in the USB cable to my laptop fixed the issue you're seeing, but sometimes the only way I could fix it was to restart the PC. [Ca...] Posted February 22 Share Posted February 22 Greetings, Most likely it is the long USB C cable, I already had this problem with 3 different clients/sensors and it was the same reason.
