Reporting Visual Checks

Hello,

Sorry if this has been answered before but is there a way to report visual checks? I know it's not a measurement but it would be nice to have everything in one report. For example, verifying a part number is molded into the plastic, or verifying the weld points are at the correct location. Is there a way to add a single line on a report page and just type in some simple verbiage? I tried adding a row but it adds a row under each item.

If I got the problem right:

You can add test in a table in the comment section (This can be placed as reportpage for documentation).

If not please add a screenshot to describe your needs.
