Hello everyone,

I have a problem with exporting tables from ZEISS Inspect Pro. We can only export tables in .csv format and special characters like  angle etc. is viewed as  question marks or different symbols. The problem continues when changing the format from utf-8 to ISO 8859 or to local 8 bit.

Is there any method to solve this problem while using export table command?

Many Thanks,

Canset

Hi Canset,

a quick check with all kind of characters worked fine for me. Is the error also in the .csv, which is directly exported or only apparent after the import in Excel or another program?

Hello Nanno,

Yes,you're right. Problem only occurs after importing excel. I think the problem related with .csv file & Excel compatibility.  It would be good if we could choose the export format.

Thanks,

Canset

Nanno,

I've one more question. Is it possible to access the  table object  or dataframe without exporting to directory through scripting?

Thanks,

Canset

Hi,

the values are available via the tokens you see, when you double click on a cell in the edit mode. In scripting you can insert the values by F2.
