Surface component detection

Hello 

When creating surface component, I could not get whole image mapping in 2D, only restricted area could be detected, like the below picture.

But if I run this in another computer, this error was solved.

Is it because of capacity of computer? or related to setting in software?

I would appriciate it if someone can let me know the reason for this. Thank you.

can you send me the whole screenshot of the software. Especially, the Explorer and the creation dialog? 

You are currently in the creation dialog of the surface component and you should receive only the start facets (the green squares).

But I actually couldn't get your point. Once I finish the creation of surface component, the problem still happens.

I attached whole sceenshot of the software in imaging mapping mode and without mapping mode.

In image mapping mode, as you can see, the mapping only is in the corner area..

If you could have solution for this problem, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

I am having the same issue. The surface is only able to be created in the positive x, positive y quadrant.

Have you found a solution besides using another computer?
